Telehealth Clinician; NP, PA or Physician Remote

Virtual Care AI is a telehealth platform focused on personalized, continuous medication management. We combine technology, patient-reported data, and licensed clinician oversight to make treatment more accessible and responsive.

We're seeking New York-licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians to provide virtual care through our platform.

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Review patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment progress.
• Evaluate treatment options and prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
• Review asynchronous patient check-ins and respond to patient messages.
• Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow applicable telehealth, prescribing, and patient safety requirements.

• Active, unrestricted New York State NP, PA, MD, or DO license.
• Active DEA registration authorizing controlled-substance prescribing in New York. Required.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Appropriate prescribing authority within professional scope of practice.
• Access to, or ability to obtain, the New York State Health Commerce System and Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
• Ability to meet New York State electronic prescribing requirements.
• Ability to practice independently or under required supervision/collaboration arrangements.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with digital healthcare platforms.

Telehealth experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed clinicians are welcome if they meet the licensing, DEA, and applicable practice requirements.
