You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed to let clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Logic Auditing:
Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with CAP standards. - High-Complexity Validation:
Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate pathological case presentations, histopathology slide interpretation, and laboratory data. - Safety Oversight:
Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions. - Strategic Consulting:
Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for pathological care.
- Credentials:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pathology (ABPath), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field. - Experience:
2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome. - Citizenship:
Must be based in the United States. - Communication:
Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

- Commitment:
Flexible, project-based hours designed to fit around a clinical or training schedule. This engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026. - Location Focus:
We are prioritizing candidates based in California for this cohort, though the role is fully remote across the United States.
