• Review inpatient notes alongside structured health record data
• Determine whether chart evidence supports clinical claims and flag omissions
• Evaluate patient assessments and diagnoses
• Write clear findings on gaps in clinical reasoning, care plans, and conflicting information

• Get paid $100-$115 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work on AI tools for clinical documentation and decision support, checking whether chart evidence backs each clinical claim
• Build practical experience applying inpatient clinical judgment to AI chart review and clear model feedback
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute

• MD or DO; board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• You have clinical experience as an inpatient or hospitalist physician, with current or recent hands-on practice; experience from the past two years is preferred
• Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of patient assessment and diagnosis and of clinical reasoning in hospital-based care workflows
• No AI experience needed. You bring the inpatient clinical expertise; the work centers on reviewing records against consistent review standards and writing clear feedback.

• $100-$115 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
