Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admissions Coordinator at the University of Montana. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for managing the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. This includes handling applications, coordinating with various departments, conducting interviews, and assisting with recruitment events. The role is located in Missoula, MT, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with admissions processes and database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software
- Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or related field
- Experience in a higher education setting is a plus
- Knowledge of university-specific admissions policies and procedures
