• Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.).

• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

• Familiarity with video editing tools (Camtasia, iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an instructional designer, coach, educator, or corporate trainer.
