• Conferences & Events - 80% of work
  :
  Manage Tangem’s participation at international events, including stand booking, contract negotiation, stand design and build, merchandise planning, shipping, and on-site logistics.
• Retail Marketing
  :
  Oversee the creation of in-store brand presence at major retailers (e.g. Virgin, Walmart, Best Buy). Source and manage local contractors, and handle the full process from design and production to installation.
• Video Production
  :
  Lead the development of marketing videos for Tangem’s website and partners, managing the full cycle with both internal and external teams.
• Merchandise Production
  :
  Manage end-to-end merchandise creation, from concept to production and delivery.
• Marketing Support
  :
  Contribute to other creative marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confidence in dealing with vendors, contractors, and partners.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand representation.
• Proven experience in marketing, events, or retail project management is a plus.
