Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in proposal development or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), MS Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadline
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials
- Review of RFP/RFQ requirements for compliance and timeliness
- Proofread and format documents for clarity and consistency
- Support business development and client outreach
- Assist leadership with marketing and branding strategies
