Mira Academy is a training hub for real estate professionals, where we combine practical industry insights with modern educational methods. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, engaging, and responsible Real Estate Trainer to lead our real estate training programs for beginners.
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Trainer who will conduct offline classes based on our established training materials (developed together with our Methodologist). The ideal candidate is someone who truly takes ownership of the learning process, works closely with our academic team, and is committed to delivering an excellent training experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-person classes at Mira Academy according to approved training materials
- Organize and oversee the full learning process from start to finish
- Engage and support students throughout the training program
- Continuously learn and adapt to new subjects and areas of knowledge as needed
- 3+ years of experience in training, adult education, or Learning & Development
- Proven ability to teach or mentor adults (soft skills, onboarding, professional courses, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic personality
- Comfortable taking full ownership of the learning process
- Experience or interest in real estate is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in English (Russian is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Full-time, on-site position in Dubai
- 6 days per week (Saturday flexible; some remote work possible on weekends)
