Founded in the South Bronx in 1995, Per Scholas has grown from a local resource to a national leader in workforce development. How long should I wait before hearing back from someone after applying for a role?

This can vary depending on the volume of applications received. Two weeks is a good timeframe to wait before reaching out to Per Scholas at jobs

What if I see multiple roles that I am interested in on the website? Can I apply to all?

Yes, but we recommend a bit of caution. If the roles are very different, requiring various skillsets and different tiers (i.e. Associate, Manager, SVP) it could send the message that you are unclear of your career direction.

What other requirements does Per Scholas have to qualify for employment?

Every external candidate must satisfactorily complete a background check and drug test (within compliance to state and local laws with regard to drug legalization). We also require the COVID-Vaccine for both onsite and remote roles, with accommodations considered for documented medical and religious reasons.

Do you provide employment sponsorship?

No, we do not provide employment sponsorship.
