Youth Program Success Coach

Overview

Educate Tomorrow is growing! We are seeking results-oriented team players with creativity, drive, and leadership skills to manage and grow our programs. Our mission is to have a positive and enduring impact on those we serve, focused on college access and success. We address the barriers of educational attainment through college readiness and alternative education programs by integrating activities designed to support the holistic needs of current/former foster youth and those experiencing housing insecurity.

• Serve a caseload of up to 15 program participants at any given time and provide success coaching to assist clients to obtain and maintain stable housing, education, employment, and permanent connections.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop personalized support plans, and continuously monitor progress, as well as facilitate family support, crisis intervention, and check-ins as needed.
• Assist young adult clients in navigating various social services, including housing, mental health, healthcare, employment, and education programs, while serving as a liaison between clients and community resources, ensuring effective utilization of wraparound services.
• Organize and facilitate educational activities that build life skills, confidence, and resilience among participants, while providing safe and confidential settings for youth engagement.
• Cooperate with the organization’s team of over 30 professionals, receive regular feedback on managing challenging caseloads, both informally and through scheduled one-on-one supervisor meetings.

Educate Tomorrow supports staff managing high youth caseloads through a team of over 30 professionals with extensive experience working with young adults.
