• Lead and participate in education and training programs for internal and external audiences
• Prepare and deliver training content on products, software, and audiology techniques
• Conduct online and in-person training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops
• Create training materials including presentations and handouts
• Collaborate with various departments to develop training resources and disseminate product knowledge

• Doctoral Degree in Audiology
• Hearing aid dispensing background
• Eligibility for State License
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in conducting professional presentations at meetings or conventions
• Familiarity with audiological testing equipment
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments
• Experience with creating educational materials for training purposes
