It’s the chance to redefine what learning feels like: craft experiences inside a learning operating system for human greatness augmented with AI. At Paradox, we blend neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral science to help people not just consume knowledge but rewire who they are.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will build cinematic, transformative learning arcs that feel alive and deeply human. You’ll design journeys, prototype AI‑powered coaching loops, and ensure every feature supports the Paradox ecosystem.

• Architect the full learning system from conceptualization to execution, owning learning experience architecture.
• Design user journeys—not just content—crafting experiences that engage both heart and brain.
• Script learning modules, copy, and educational assets (videos, articles, assessments, interactive experiences).
• Conduct desk and user research to define learner personas and curriculum structure.
• Build AI conversations and loops, write prompt chains, and refine agent interactions to feel human and transformative.
• Measure, analyze, and iterate on courses using KPI data and learner feedback.
• Collaborate with experts and top performers to create premium, science‑based courses.
• Lead end‑to‑end design of courses, from strategy to delivery.

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, coaching, or transformational education).
• Proven track record of shipping at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
• Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
• Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.

• Craft‑obsessed, results‑driven, with a doer mentality.
• Strong editorial and aesthetic sensibility; excellent writing skills.
• User‑ and impact‑obsessed, focused on transformation outcomes.
• Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses and iterates with data.
• Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI agents or eager to learn.

• English: fluent, able to communicate with colleagues and write in English.
