Overview
Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC). Our mission is to deliver high value and service at a favorable price, enabling clients to achieve growth. We are seeking a results‑driven and experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to lead strategic forecasting, drive client growth, and ensure successful execution of media acquisition and growth initiatives in alignment with CTC’s core values.
This role is client‑facing and involves close collaboration with a team (including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist) to develop growth forecasts, manage the Prophet system for clients, build growth maps, analyze data, and guide daily execution to hit KPIs.
What You Will Do / Responsibilities- Lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts to guide client growth and ensure seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable results.
- Maintain transparent communication about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts; act as a partner in client growth and stakeholder alignment.
- Represent CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools; uphold the company’s methods and best practices.
- Contribute to high‑standard execution, with a focus on delivering outcomes at the highest level.
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing client work, manage a pod of specialists, and ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., Statlas) and the Prophet system for clients.
- Develop Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System; perform data analysis to support strategic direction and marketing calendars with clients.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to achieve daily projected targets; implement tests to improve campaigns and exceed KPIs.
- Communicate daily updates to clients and ensure alignment on growth map goals, deadlines, and next steps.
- Collaborate across teams to share learnings and contribute to future company content and tooling improvements.
- Ensure quality standards, maintaining a delta of within 5% of the Forecast and meeting timelines and budget requirements.

- Past experience across relevant domains (mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).
- Structured thinking and problem‑solving ability to decompose challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Salary progression:
First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st year $64,000‑$76,000; 2nd year $100,000‑$120,000, with pay transparency and a defined growth path. - Fully remote work with flexible scheduling, regular 1:1 feedback, and weekly accountability check‑ins.
