About

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly creative Outbound Email Strategist to join our revenue team. This self‑starter will build targeted contact lists, develop compelling email campaigns, and rigorously test to maximize conversion rates—all to drive business development through strategic outbound email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute the overall outbound email strategy to generate qualified leads and grow our sales pipeline.
  • List Building & Management:
    Own the end‑to‑end list‑building process, identify high‑potential contacts across verticals, and maintain list hygiene and segmentation.
  • Creative Development & Testing:
    Design, write, and deploy engaging email sequences and new creatives (copy, subject lines, calls‑to‑action). Manage A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve open, click‑through, and reply rates.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine future campaigns.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all outbound email activities adhere to anti‑spam laws and best practices (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, GDPR).
Required Qualifications
  • Experience:

    2+ years in outbound email strategy, cold email, or B2B lead‑generation.
  • Creativity:
    Proven ability to craft persuasive, personalized, and attention‑grabbing email copy.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with email sending platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
  • Self‑Management:
    Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns from list building to reporting.
  • Tooling:
    Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Blue Birds, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Apollo.

Compensation

The role combines a base salary of $89,500‑$105,000 with commissions and stock options. Total on‑target earnings (base + commission) are $114,500‑$130,000. The commission structure ties to revenue and retention targets.
