The Turbo Tax Training Associate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to new and existing team members. The Trainer will utilize official training materials, facilitate live virtual sessions, and provide real-time guidance on functionality, troubleshooting, and client engagement best practices.
This role requires strong communication skills, in-depth Turbo Tax knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners. The Trainer will play a key role in ensuring team readiness and consistent service quality across our client’s program.

Q&Asessionstoreinforcekeylearningobjectives. - Provide hands-ondemonstrationsof
Quick
Books features,workflows,andtroubleshootingtechniques. - Addressandresolvetraineequestionsrelatedto Quick Booksproductusage ,common errors,andbestpractices.
- Evaluatetraineeperformancethroughknowledgechecks,roleplays,andfeedbacksessions.
- Collaboratewithinternalstakeholders(Training,Operations,and Quality teams) toidentifytrainingneedsandupdatematerialsasneeded.
- Track attendance,completion,andtraineeprogressusingdesignatedtrainingsystems.
- Staycurrentonupdates,newfeaturereleases,andsupportprocessestoensuretrainingaccuracy.
- Supportcontinuousimprovementbygatheringfeedbackandrecommendingenhancementstotrainingcontentanddeliverymethods.
- 2+yearsofexperienceasa
Trainer,Learning Facilitator,orsimilarinstructionalrole. - Advanced knowledge of Turbo Tax and/or Quick Books Online, including setup, troubleshooting, and client support.
- Excellentverbalcommunicationandpresentationskills.
- Abilitytoexplaincomplextechnicalconceptsinanapproachable,learner-friendly way.
- Strong problem-solvingandanalyticalskills.
- Comfortableleadingvirtualsessionsvia Microsoft Teamsor Zoom .
- Priorexperiencesupporting Quick Books programs .
- Quick Books Online Certification (Advancedor Pro Advisor ).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) ortrainingtrackingtools.
- Backgroundinaccounting,bookkeeping,orsmallbusinesssupport.
- 40 hours per week.
- Remotework environment.
- Mustbeavailableduringstandardbusinesshours(9:00to6:00
PST) andflexiblefortrainingcoverageasneeded.
- Hightraineeengagementandsatisfactionscores.
- Improved post-trainingperformancemetrics.
- Up-to-dateandcompliantdeliveryoftrainingmaterials.
- Consistentandtimelysupportfortraineetroubleshootinginquiries.
