Our client is passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children and is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join their fully remote team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to early childhood development through remote educational programs and parent support. You will be responsible for designing and facilitating engaging online learning activities, providing guidance to parents on child development milestones, and creating a positive and interactive virtual classroom experience. This position requires creativity, a deep understanding of child psychology, and exceptional communication skills to connect with both children and their families in a remote setting.
** Responsibilities:*
* * Develop and deliver age-appropriate educational content and activities for young children via online platforms.
* Create a fun, safe, and stimulating virtual learning environment.
* Engage children in interactive learning experiences through storytelling, games, and creative projects.
* Provide support and resources to parents on child development, learning strategies, and effective parenting techniques.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and sharing feedback with parents.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children.
* Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding their child's development and participation.
* Stay current with best practices and research in early childhood education.
* Collaborate with the team to develop new program initiatives and resources.
* Manage online classroom logistics and ensure smooth operation of virtual sessions.
* Maintain confidentiality of all child and family information.
* Foster a positive and encouraging attitude towards learning and development in young children.

* * Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
