Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Online Course Developer to join their rapidly expanding remote education team. This fully remote position is an exceptional opportunity for a creative individual passionate about digital learning and instructional design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online courses that meet high academic and pedagogical standards.

This involves translating complex subject matter into accessible and interactive digital content, utilizing a variety of multimedia tools and learning technologies. The Lead Online Course Developer will guide the entire course creation process, from initial curriculum design and learning objective definition to content creation, assessment development, and platform integration. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

A deep understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and best practices in online pedagogy is essential.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard is required. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar is a must. You will also be responsible for leading a small team of content creators and instructional designers, providing feedback and ensuring quality control. This role demands excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.
