What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Facilitate role-based and technical training to enhance teammate performance and operational proficiency
  • Develop and maintain job-specific training materials, including job aids, user guides, and e-learning modules
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models to create engaging learning solutions
  • Utilize learning technologies to deliver blended learning programs and manage training logistics
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to align learning solutions with operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilitating technical training and developing training materials
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and handle complex issues effectively
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3+ years’ experience with learning technologies (e.g., Cornerstone LMS, Articulate, Camtasia)
  • Experience creating microlearning content and operational process training
  • Familiarity with project management tools like
  • ATD, SHRM, or other industry certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to stay current on instructional trends and best practices
