Middle School Assistant Principal

• Direct and coordinate educational and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with state and local standards
• Conduct walkthroughs and informal observations of staff and teachers
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the school’s student achievement plan
• Assist in addressing parent and student concerns and coordinating grade-level meetings
• Participate in required training by the Ohio Department of Education

• Master’s degree in education or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of educational experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web applications
• Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings and school events
• Must be able to work from the school office at least two days per week

• Previous experience as an online educator
• Previous administrative experience in an educational setting
• Valid Ohio administrative license
