• Engage employers across Wisconsin to promote participation in career-based and work-based learning (WBL) programs
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry organizations, and educational stakeholders
• Administer the statewide WBL and career-based learning experiences system, including account management and opportunity updates
• Provide training and technical support to employers regarding WBL opportunities
• Collaborate with regional partners to enhance the quality and quantity of WBL experiences available to students

• 2+ years of experience in employer engagement, outreach, sales, work-based learning (WBL), or community partnership development
• Proven ability to build strong, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to groups
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proficiency in Google Workspace

• Understanding of WBL frameworks, career and technical education (CTE), or labor market trends
• Familiarity with Wisconsin's PI 26 requirements or statewide Academic and Career Planning (ACP) initiatives
• Enthusiasm for learning and using new technologies to support others
