Location:

About the role You’ll be guiding Health & Social Care learners throughout their apprenticeship journey - helping them build confidence, develop the skills they need, and successfully achieve their qualifications.
This position offers a blend of workplace visits, virtual sessions, and home/office-based planning, giving you plenty of autonomy and variety in your working week.
What you’ll be doing
Providing structured, supportive assessment throughout the learner journey.
Tailoring delivery methods to suit individual learning needs.
Visiting learners in their work settings to complete assessments and gather evidence.
Creating and updating Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
Assessing evidence against awarding body standards.
Maintaining accurate learner records to meet audit requirements.
Supporting learners to stay motivated and on track with their progress.
Planning and monitoring learner performance against agreed targets.
Arranging additional day-release or in-house training sessions where needed.
Recording learner achievements clearly and thoroughly.
What we’re looking for Essential:
A recognised assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent).
Experience delivering apprenticeships.
Strong occupational background within Health & Social Care.
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Willingness to complete a DBS check (covered by the employer) and register with EWC.
Desirable:
Welsh language skills.
