Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide detailed information about various coaching programs, course structures, fees, and benefits.
✅ Understand students' academic background, strengths, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
✅ Conduct virtual counseling sessions via phone, video calls, and online platforms.
✅ Follow up with potential leads to encourage enrollment in coaching programs.
✅ Address queries related to exam patterns, study plans, and time management.
✅ Maintain records of student interactions and track progress.
✅ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance student outreach.
