Overview
We are actively seeking highly skilled and creative Instructional Designers to lead the development of engaging in-person, eLearning modules and other supporting learning materials (one-pagers, job aides, etc). The training you create will improve the knowledge of sales staff, enabling them to become exceptional partners for end clients. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a unique learning experience, to help them meet learning objectives.
Your responsibilities will include creating effective learning deliverables infusing elements specific to each client. Through this innovative approach, you will captivate learners, making their learning experience both educational and enjoyable.
- Lead development of engaging in-person and eLearning modules and other supporting learning materials (one-pagers, job aides, etc.).
- Create learning deliverables infused with client-specific elements to meet learning objectives.
- Design learning experiences that captivate learners and enhance educational value.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box, crafting engaging and immersive learning materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design, with a proven track record of creating effective learning experiences.
- Experience creating sales training.
- Experience creating training for hospitals and/or hospital products
- Extensive background in eLearning development, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing various authoring tools

Pay range: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour W9. Individual pay is determined by factors including skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and location.
