What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging AI tools to create interactive simulations that make historical moments and geographic concepts vivid and lasting for learners.
• Examining learning analytics to identify trends that shape adaptive learning experiences, ensuring each student's path is both compelling and productive.
• Building innovative digital content that animates historical personalities and world landscapes, including virtual expeditions across time and immersive encounters with diverse cultures.
• Partnering with a cross‑functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop groundbreaking methods that reshape social studies instruction.
• Distilling intricate historical and geographical ideas into accessible, engaging materials powered by AI‑based customization.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve quantifiable gains in students' command of social studies material, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic information through pioneering AI‑enhanced strategies.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

Compensation and Employment

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
