Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support national expansion of that curriculum.
This is not administrative busywork around lesson plans. It is instruction guided by data, partnership with technology teams, and construction of a reading framework that serves thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
