. This position is part of our Training Vertical and combines teaching responsibilities with senior medical writing duties.

AboutThe Role
This dual role combines training delivery and senior medical writing. You will lead our fundamental medical writing courses, design and develop training programs for healthcare agencies, and support the Agencies Vertical as a Principal Medical Writer. You will create clear, engaging, scientifically accurate content across a range of therapy areas and audience groups.

- Salary of £51,500 to £56,500 per annum.

- Review student work, providing written feedback, one‑to‑one sessions, and facilitating peer review.
- Support e‑learning product growth by creating new courses and repurposing content for internal upskilling.
- Assist in the planning, development, and creation of new courses for staff, individuals, and clients.
- Collaborate with the team to support new course development and aide colleagues delivering courses.
- Contribute to the end‑of‑year report.
- Advocate for the Monster Academy and Word Monster.
- Review and contribute social media content to raise the Academy’s profile.
- Develop high‑quality, scientifically accurate materials across multiple formats.
