Cosmo 1:1 connects K‑12 students with tutors from top universities for personalized lessons. As a tutor you will provide 50‑minute one‑on‑one instruction in math, ELA, or SAT prep while building a welcoming and fun learning environment.

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo app in a timely manner.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate to student age and ability.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents, students, and Cosmo staff.
• Attend all classes on time in a professional setting.
• Maintain a reliable, private quiet location and internet connection.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years teaching K‑12 in math, ELA, or SAT prep.
• Experience with K‑12 ELA/Math standards.
• Teaching license preferred but not required.
• Fast internet, Windows or Mac PC with minimum 6000 CPU.
• Current U.S. or Canada location.
• Available 6‑9 AM EST or 3‑10 PM EST, Monday‑Friday or weekends.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, 6‑month commitment.
• Passion for helping students learn; approachable, patient, adaptive, considerate, enthusiastic, reliable.

Base rate $20 CAD plus additional incentives and bonuses.

Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (fully remote).
