Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor
A remote opportunity for an experienced Business Skills professional to deliver business skills / management and leadership apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners through high-quality training, assessment and review within a quality-driven education environment.

SALARY: up to £28,840 per annum (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Home based with travel to your caseload of learners covering North Wales.
The company will consider applicants living across the border from Chester, Ellesmere Port, Frodsham, Northwich, Winsford, Neston, Merseyside, Wirral, Bebington, Heswall, West Kirby, Hoylake, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Oswestry, Warrington, Lymm or within a commutable distance to North Wales
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week

JOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor to join a forward-thinking training organisation delivering management apprenticeship programmes across Wales.
As a Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor you will support learners from induction through to achievement, ensuring they understand their programme, progress effectively and receive high-quality guidance aligned to awarding body and funding requirements.
The Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor will work closely with operational colleagues, employers and external partners, contributing to quality assurance processes, learner success and continuous improvement.

Your duties as the Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor include:
- Learner Recruitment and Achievement: Achieving recruitment and achievement targets in line with funding profiles and commercial budgets
- Programme Delivery: Delivering management apprenticeship frameworks through induction, reviews, workshops and planned visits
- Documentation and Compliance: Completing all internal and external documentation in line with organisational, awarding body and funding requirements
- Time and Caseload Management: Planning itineraries, tracking learners and managing workload effectively
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with managers, employers and external agencies as required
- Portfolio Submission: Submitting learner portfolios for internal quality assurance in line with procedures
- Team Contribution: Supporting colleague induction, mentoring and attending meetings and training
- Safeguarding and Equality: Promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity, health and safety and data security standards
- Previous experience in management and leadership roles
- Relevant management or leadership qualifications at Level 5 or above
- A1, D32/33, TAQA or CAVA qualification, or willingness to work towards
- Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
- Experience working with safeguarding requirements
- Good ICT skills to support teaching, learning and administration
- Ability to organise workload, work independently and use initiative
