WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Identifying trends in student literacy and composition data through AI, converting findings into innovative approaches that redefine English instruction and literary interpretation.
- Building AI‑driven tools that respond to diverse learning preferences, rendering grammar comprehensible, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary critique attainable for learners across all proficiency levels.
- Creating flexible learning sequences that adjust in real‑time, shepherding students from phonics fundamentals to the interpretation of sophisticated texts, guaranteeing each individual advances at an ideal rate.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of teachers, language specialists, and AI technologists to expand the possibilities of language instruction, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
- Reimagining classic and modern literature as interactive, AI‑augmented learning experiences that inform students and cultivate their enthusiasm for reading and writing.
- Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic advancement in language arts pedagogy within our accelerated framework.
- Operating independently—you will join our collaborative team advancing the frontiers of AI application in English education.
- Concentrating exclusively on abstract principles—each AI solution you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize language competencies in practice, all within the 2 Hour Learning structure.
Key Responsibilities
Produce quantifiable advancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI‑enabled analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x increase in skill acquisition speed across multiple areas (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
