Fullmind is partnering with U.S. schools to deliver live‑streamed, certified classroom instruction to students. As a Fullmind educator, you will interpret sign language for two high school students while guiding them toward course completion. The role is fully remote, paid $300–$325 daily (rates negotiable), and is a 1099 independent‑contractor position following the school district’s calendar.

Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 2:45 pm EST (2025‑26 School Year). Start dates depend on placement opportunities available after the application process.

• Proficient in American Sign Language and capable of interpreting both directions (spoken to sign and vice versa) with accuracy.
• Strong listening and communication skills to effectively translate and convey information.
• Understand subject matter to interpret accurately in various classroom settings, especially higher‑level classes.
• Knowledge of child development and ability to assist in core subjects such as reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Possess interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and patience essential for working with children, particularly those with hearing impairments.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (EIPA score preferred).
• Hold a valid Georgia Educational Interpreter License issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (Rule 505‑2‑43)

• Provide a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online interpreting experience is a plus.

$300–$325 per day; rates are negotiable and subject to change.

1099 Independent Contractor. This position does not include benefits.
