About the Role
Full-Time Online Professional Tutor. Enjoy your work and make a meaningful difference in students' lives—from home. We provide a dynamic in-house curriculum, paid training, prep time, and a supportive tutor community. You will be a W-2 employee, not a contractor.

• Lead dynamic tutoring sessions, including executive function coaching (approximately 90%).
• Discuss educational progress with students and families (approx. 5%).
• Utilize curated resources for stress-free planning (approx. 5%).
• Maintain full-time availability: 30 tutoring hours per week with 38 hours of weekly availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Compensation details: tutoring starts at $25/hour with potential to earn up to $29/hour based on performance and subject coverage at the 90-day review; prep and training time are compensated at $10/hour or your local minimum wage (whichever is higher).

• Completed bachelor's degree mandatory; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current residence required.
• Minimum of one year teaching or tutoring experience; expertise in AP STEM subjects is a plus.
• Ability to tutor math content through Algebra II.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space; a technology kit is provided if needed (webcam, headset, ring light, green screen, annotation tablet).
• Commitment to the same 38 hours of availability week-to-week, during weekday afternoons/evenings and at least 8 hours on weekends.

• Availabilty: post at least 38 prime-time hours weekly, with the goal of booking 30 tutoring hours per week based on student demand. Up to 35 hours may be possible depending on availability, subject coverage, and demand.
• Prime-time hours when availability should be posted:
  Mon-Thu 3-11 pm ET;
  Fri 3-7 pm ET;
  Sat 9 am–7 pm ET;
  Sun 9 am–10 pm ET. Weekends require at least 8 hours of availability on either Saturday or Sunday.
• Advance planning: preference for posting schedules 9+ months ahead and for consistent hours weekly. Submit time-off requests 4 weeks in advance.

• Paid prep time and subject-specific materials provided.
• 20 hours of paid onboarding training plus ongoing professional development.

• Engaging community and supportive Faculty Leaders for tutor guidance.

• Pay range: $25 per hour initially, with potential to earn up to $29 per hour after 90 days based on performance and added subject areas.
• Prep and training time is separately compensated.
