• Provide training and technical assistance to grantees related to school readiness, family engagement, and professional development
• Assist grantees in selecting and implementing child assessment and curriculum that is appropriate for children from birth to five
• Support grantees in improving teacher/child interactions using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)
• Help grantees analyze and utilize data from multiple sources for program improvement
• Facilitate the development and implementation of family engagement practices that support family progress

• Minimum of a BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or a related field from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in programs for young children from birth to five years of age
• 1+ year experience working with infants and toddlers
• 1+ year experience in family engagement
• 1+ year experience analyzing data and assisting programs in making data-driven decisions

• Knowledge of Head Start
• Experience working within a Head Start Program
