- Provide instructional and academic support to learners through coaching, consultation, and facilitation of study sessions
- Develop and utilize various learning resources, including text and video, to enhance learner engagement
- Lead discussions and assess learning through evaluations and informal assessments
- Maintain accurate learner records and keep up to date with essential technologies
- Plan and facilitate collaborative study sessions that incorporate content and study strategies
- Must have completed a Master of Social Work degree from a regionally accredited College or University
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional social work practice experience post-MSW degree
- 1-3 years of teaching experience at the graduate level, preferably in an online environment
- Master Social Work License required, with Minnesota Social Work Licensure to be obtained upon hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners
- Enrollment in a Doctoral program or completion of a Doctorate is preferred
- Experience teaching in higher education
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices
- Ability to assess diverse learning styles and needs
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
