• Provide instructional and academic support to learners through coaching, consultation, and facilitation of study sessions
• Develop and utilize various learning resources, including text and video, to enhance learner engagement
• Lead discussions and assess learning through evaluations and informal assessments
• Maintain accurate learner records and keep up to date with essential technologies
• Plan and facilitate collaborative study sessions that incorporate content and study strategies

• Must have completed a Master of Social Work degree from a regionally accredited College or University
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional social work practice experience post-MSW degree
• 1-3 years of teaching experience at the graduate level, preferably in an online environment
• Master Social Work License required, with Minnesota Social Work Licensure to be obtained upon hire
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners

• Enrollment in a Doctoral program or completion of a Doctorate is preferred
• Experience teaching in higher education
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices
• Ability to assess diverse learning styles and needs
• Demonstrated effective time management skills
