This position is a home based position. All teachers need to be Texas state certified and live within the state of Texas.

Qualifications- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification in your area of instruction
- Experience with mastery‑based or individualized learning approaches to student education (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of teaching experience in a Texas Public School
- 1-3 years of virtual teaching experience (Preferred)
- Have two or more years of documented experience teaching online courses for students in Grades 3‑12, AND successfully completed continuing professional development specific to online learning every three years (Preferred)

- Use accomplished pedagogical expertise to execute lessons aligned to state standards while relating to and anticipating student needs through progress monitoring
- Use differentiated instruction to personalize learning and proactively minimize confusion or disengagement
- Deliver instruction to generate further student inquiry to promote problem‑solving, real‑world application, and high order thinking
- Establish an overwhelmingly positive class climate so regardless of what a student may be dealing with personally, your classroom is an emotional and social oasis
