Part-Time Remote Tutor (Academic Support). Pay: $20 per hour for tutoring; prep and training time compensated at $10 per hour or your local minimum wage (whichever is higher).

• Lead dynamic academic support tutoring sessions (90%)
• Share educational progress with students and families (5%)
• Utilize our curated resources for stress-free planning (5%)
• Part-time: 12-hour delivery target with 16 hours of availability or 20-hours delivery target with 24 hours availability, including evenings and weekends

• Completed a minimum of two years at an accredited university; additional qualifications a plus
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current residence required
• Minimum of one semester teaching or tutoring experience
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet, professional space; technology kit provided if needed
• Ability to commit to the same 16 or 24 hours of availability week-on-week during weekday afternoons/evenings and at least 8 hours on weekends

• Availabilty:
  Post at least 16 or 24 prime-time hours weekly, the same hours every week
• Prime-time Hours (ET):
  Mon-Thu 4-10 pm;
  Sat 9 am - 6 pm;
  Sun 11 am - 10 pm; weekends require at least 8 hours
• Advance planning: preference for posting schedules 9+ months ahead; submit time-off requests 4 weeks in advance

• Paid prep time provided
• 12 hours of paid onboarding training + ongoing professional development
• No competition for hours; hours based on availability and subject expertise
• Supportive Faculty Leaders and tutor guidance

• Background check required for tutors
• Tech kit available if needed (webcam, headset, green screen, annotation tablet)
• Minimum computer requirements:
  Mac/PC desktop or laptop;
  Mac OS X 10.6 or later;
  Windows 8.1 or later; high-speed internet via ethernet; 4 GB RAM or more
