. Education Travel & Culture (ETC) is a non‑profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides inbound and outbound program opportunities for high‑school students worldwide.

Help make a difference in the lives of exchange students! Our non‑profit offers supplemental income on a flexible schedule.

• Learning a new culture and working with high‑school exchange students
• Adding value to any human services or education‑based resume
• Family‑friendly, flexible and complements a busy schedule (8-10 hrs/week)
• Annual performance‑based incentive trips (including international trips to Europe and Mexico)
• Potential for growth into a management position

• Work closely with exchange students, host families and local high schools, including monthly oversight of the exchange student.
• Receive full training, teaching and ongoing support from the field manager.
• May be involved in recruiting volunteer host families for our international high‑school students.
• Recruit host families through reverse networking, job postings, phone calls and outbound emails, earning compensation for each family recruited.

• Ability to problem‑solve and support students and host families during the students' program.
• Self‑motivated, organized and well‑networked within the community.
• Driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Recruitment skills with the ability to screen potential leads (nice‑to‑have).
• Compensation depends on recruitment efforts and student oversight. This position provides supplemental income only.

This is an independent contractor position enabling you to work from home and set your own schedule.
