Eligibility:

Qualification:

Graduates / Post Graduates / Doctorates / CELTA / TESOL / TEFL Certified Aspirants skills.

Technology:  familiar with Zoom, Google Meet & MS Office

Experience:

0-6 Years of training English for adults ( Freshers may also apply )
Skillset:
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Versatility & Confident Delivery Skills.
Basic Requirements:
Should be available to work 8 hours/day with the following fixed schedules
Forenoon Slots 8 A.M. to 9 A.M., 10 A.M. to 1 P.M.
Evening Slots 5 P.M to 7 P.M., 8 P.M. to 10 P.M.
Should be ready to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Ability to converse fluently in Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
Should be an immediate joiner.
Should be confident to handle group and one-to-one training for adults above 16 years.
Must have a broadband internet connection and a laptop or desktop with power backup to ensure uninterrupted training delivery.

Expectations:
This is a  fully online training role  catering to adults from different proficiency levels. We expect trainers to be presentable, keep the camera switched on, and conduct sessions in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner.

Salary:
(₹2.4 L to 4.0 L p.a.) Based on experience and skills.
