We offer remote, part-time Certificate and Diploma programs in Graphic Design, UX UI Design, and Interior Design. Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Software Instructor to join our academic team. This role is focused solely on delivering tool-based software training in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma across our Graphic Design and UX UI programs.
You will conduct weekly sessions focused exclusively on software training, support learner progress asynchronously on non-class days, and schedule additional tool-focused sessions when required to complement regular design teaching.

Key Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and In Design
Competency in Video Editing
Knowledge of Figma and AI-based tools (e.g., Mid Journey) is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach beginners with clarity and patience.
Minimum 2 years industry experience + 1 year teaching experience

Key Responsibilities:

Software Instructor (60-70% time will be spent on this)
Class timings: 7:00-10:00 PM on all weekdays
Conduct online live classes to teach graphic design software.
Run support and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
Create a structured software teaching plan aligned with the design curriculum - under supervision of Curriculum Lead
Maintain and update the LMS with instructions, demo videos, and learning resources.
Additional Responsibility:  Support design faculty by creating handouts, presentations, and video tutorials, based on provided content.
Work Timings:
(Mon
- Fri): 9- 6 pm (9 hours per day)
Saturday: 10- 5 pm (7 hours per day) 2 Saturdays off, every month (work from office)
On days of evening class, you can leave early from the office.
Frequency of evening classes:
Minimum 2 days a week   Average 3-4 days a week
Important (Depends on requirement):
You will have to run support and doubt-clearing sessions on other Saturdays or Sundays. For this, you can work from home and claim a comp-off in lieu of this.
