Position Overview

Join us. Do work that matters—and lead with purpose. In partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, Mobilize Green is launching the 2026 Virtual Youth Conservation Program (YCP) – a national, outcomes-driven initiative engaging youth in high-impact educational and skills-based programming. The program integrates environmental education, professional development, service projects, and self-care, while building clear pathways into conservation and green careers. Mobilize Green’s YCP introduces youth across the country to conservation careers and public lands stewardship, with a strong emphasis on structure, follow-through, and leadership development.

Crew Leaders play a central leadership role in the success of the Virtual YCP. This position is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning program delivery, guiding teams, and maintaining high standards in a virtual environment. Crew Leaders are responsible for curriculum implementation and delivery, leading virtual crews, facilitating structured projects and discussions, mentoring youth in small groups, and serving as a consistent point of accountability for program execution.
