Enrollment Services Representative I
The Enrollment Services Representative I makes an impact where student success begins by providing front‑line, student‑centered support across Enrollment Services.
Key duties include assisting students with admissions, registration, records, testing, and financial aid processes; processing both credit and non‑credit registrations and transcripts; scheduling appointments; proctoring exams; maintaining student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA; and supporting staff with daily operations and special projects.
Job Highlights- Full‑time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Remote work not available.
- Minimum annual salary: $41,505, with an excellent benefits package.
- Benefits include 23 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, 15 sick days, 2 personal days, tuition waiver for staff and eligible dependents, and free access to the on‑campus fitness center.
- Provide front‑line, student‑centered support across Enrollment Services.
- Assist students with the admissions, registration, records, testing and financial aid processes.
- Process credit and non‑credit registrations and transcripts.
- Schedule appointments for students and proctor exams in the Testing Center.
- Maintain student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA regulations.
- Assist staff in all Enrollment Services areas with daily work and special projects.
- Associate’s degree OR two years of relevant office/customer service experience.
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Physical stamina required for the role.
- Non‑profit organization (The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce).
