• Doctorate in a related field required
• Minimum of two years of experience teaching in higher education and in an online setting
• Experience teaching biology or life sciences required
• Proven success in writing curriculum and supporting learner success
• Commitment to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence within the academic community

• Experience presenting at professional conferences on a national or local level
• Experience with scholarly writing and use of APA 7th edition
• Membership in educational leadership organizations on a national, regional, or local level
• Demonstrated commitment to service and practice in the field of educational leadership
