Our 2‑Hour Learning framework combines AI‑adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the expansion of that program to campuses nationwide.

This role focuses on data‑informed instruction, technology partnership, and constructing a reading system that serves thousands of students—not administrative lesson planning.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
• Creating personalized motivational sessions that incorporate gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading competency

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within those systems
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Available to work on‑site at one of the following locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
