Part-Time Remote Tutor (SAT & ACT) at Revolution Prep

• Lead dynamic SAT and ACT tutoring sessions (approximately 90% of time)
• Share educational progress with students and families (approximately 5%)
• Utilize curated resources for planning (approximately 5%)
• Deliver part-time hours with specified availability and scheduling requirements

• Completed a minimum of two years at an accredited university; additional qualifications are a plus
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current residence required
• Minimum of one semester teaching or tutoring experience
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space; tech kit provided if needed
• Ability to commit to the same 16 or 24 hours of availability each week, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends

• Pay: $23 per hour for tutoring; prep and training time compensated at $10 per hour or local minimum wage (whichever is higher)
• Part-time delivery target: 12 hours with 16 hours of availability or 20 hours with 24 hours of availability
• Schedule requirements: post at least 16 or 24 prime-time hours weekly (same hours weekly); weekends require availability
• Onboarding: 16 hours of paid onboarding training plus ongoing professional development

• Paid prep time and curriculum provided
• No competition for hours; availability and subject expertise drive scheduling
• Engaging community and supportive Faculty Leaders for tutor guidance

• Prime-time hours:
  Mon–Thu 4–10 pm ET;
  Sat 9 am–6 pm ET;
  Sun 11 am–10 pm ET
• Requires posting schedules 9+ months in advance; submit time-off requests 4 weeks in advance
