Job Description:
Function of Position:
This position will work cooperatively with TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) staff to positively impact the academic experience of new and existing students. The student success advocate will support project goals by providing one-on-one and group coaching to SSS program participants, developing and executing workshops, connecting students to campus resources, and other duties as assigned.
* This is a temporary, grant-funded position.

Job Type: Part-time, in-person
Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity, and college budget. This position has a salary of $17/hr for candidates with a bachelor's degree or $19/hr for those with a master's degree.
