Job DescriptionAll positions are 12‑month full‑time roles with an eight‑hour workday. The Teacher Assistant assists the Lead Teacher with classroom instruction, materials preparation, and paperwork. The role requires a team‑player attitude, willingness to support the curriculum, and strong communication skills with parents and colleagues.
Qualifications- Must have a CDA, an associate degree, or a bachelor's degree.
- NYS Teacher Assistant Certification Level 1 (ATAS).
- DASA Certificate.
- School Violence Certificate.
- Willingness to assist the Lead Teacher with paperwork and be a team player.
- Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
