Conveyancing Learner Coach

Conveyancing Learning Coach wanted to start ASAP (Fully Remote – Home based, ideally North West based).

Hours:

Part‑time, flexible – 22.2 hours per week.

Salary: £37 000 per annum pro rata.

One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Conveyancing Learning Coach to join their growing team. This is your chance to make a real impact by guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey and helping them achieve their full potential, all from the comfort of your home.

• Support and coach apprentices remotely via Microsoft Teams – no on‑site visits expected.
• Manage a caseload of approximately ten learners per day (full‑time equivalent: 4,050 learners).
• Deliver engaging coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Capture evidence for learning, achievement and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
• Enjoy flexibility to manage your own diary and work across any days that suit you.
• Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and two in‑person training events per year (summer and Christmas).

• Conveyancing industry experience – commercial or residential – no prior education experience required.
• A passion for sharing knowledge and a desire for a flexible role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
• Experience in coaching at Level 4 and Level 6 (non‑teaching role).
