Position: Head Of Growth - EdTech (Full remote - French fluent )

Head of Growth – EdTech (Full remote – French fluent 🇫🇷)

Paradox EN is looking for a senior Growth leader to build and scale a data-driven revenue engine that leverages AI, behavioral science and technology to transform how millions grow and learn.

French and English fluency is required. The role is full‑time, fully remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.
  • Identify the segments where an offer truly performs and eliminate or adjust those that do not.
  • Architect, map out, and oversee funnel and campaign implementation directly.
  • Set up tracking, validate flows, and ensure the system works before scaling budgets.
  • Conduct relentless CRO & A/B testing: design, launch, and analyze tests for headlines, pricing, offers and more.
  • Identify and resolve friction points in the user journey, auditing pages, proposing fixes and implementing tests immediately.
  • Explore, test and scale new acquisition channels, collaborating closely with paid social and the content factory.
  • Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral and content.
  • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion to uncover constraints.
  • Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by sparring on strategy, copy, and execution.
  • Build, train, and, if necessary, stop part‑time or agency talent.
  • Align sales and marketing focus on high‑intent leads, setting up a feedback loop with the Sales Team Lead.
Tools You’ll Master
  • GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely and other data/experimentation tools.
KPIs & Outcomes
  • LTV / CAC ratio
  • Funnel conversion rates by stage
  • 10+ experiments launched per week

Desired outcomes: 2× better conversion rates than baseline, continuous growth experimentation, and a predictable growth engine.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing – preferably SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product.
  • Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that drove measurable revenue or conversion improvements.
