Position: InnevAto EDU Remote Teachers of Record (French)

Innev Ato EDU is seeking Remote Teachers of Record for French language instruction. This is a part-time, support staff position, primarily remote, with ongoing availability.

Reporting and Employment Details

Reports to:

Superintendent/Designee. This is a vendor contract as needed by an Innev Ato EDU partner school district, with teachers hired through Fairfield County ESC. Teachers will be highly qualified, teaching, supporting, and evaluating online students.

Performance Responsibilities
  • Complete an online "Best Practices of Online Teaching" professional development course within the first week, provided by FCESC.
  • Publish and evaluate at least 90% of the course content.
  • Communicate regularly with students via LMS, telephone, email, video conferencing, etc.
  • Monitor student activity and intervene if inactive for over one week.
  • Participate in online discussions and evaluate student submissions, providing personalized feedback.
  • Maintain records of student progress and grades.
  • Collaborate with students' home districts and communicate effectively to support student needs.
  • Provide additional support and communicate with parents, guardians, and stakeholders when necessary.
  • Engage in quality assurance discussions and provide feedback on instructional design.
  • Participate in professional development and team collaboration.
  • Attend in-service training as assigned and comply with district policies and professional conduct standards.

    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    Compensation

    Starting at $125 per student, per semester.
