Position
Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist
ExperienceMinimum 5 years in Learning & Development as a Learning Activator or Program Coordinator.
Mandatory Skills- Proficiency in SAP Success Factors LMS
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point
- Experience with MS Projects or similar tools
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Candidates from Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct learning needs analysis and coordinate competency-based training programs.
- Manage learning schedules and activities using Success Factors LMS.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for training delivery.
- Analyze feedback and support continuous improvement of L&D programs.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Adult Education, or related field
