• Complete weekly course update tasks in Canvas with precision and on schedule
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure all course updates are effectively completed
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customer groups across the university
• Communicate updates and context effectively to the assigned Instructional Designer, when necessary
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
• Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement, adhering to the employer’s Community Life Covenant

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (strongly desired, but not required)
• Willingness to participate in professional development for pertinent duties
• Ability to make decisions and exhibit sound judgment
• Must be able to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards pertaining to highly sensitive data
